The Goulash Pot is one of the few outlets for Hungarian cuisine in Adelaide and its environs. It features hearty dishes cleverly adapted by chef Victor to blend the flavours of Hungarian food with respect for Australian tastes and the availability of fresh local ingredients.
The signature dish of Goulash soup is a nourishing main meal made with beef and vegetables and served in a special pot on a heated stand. Rich in flavour, in it's many forms and packed with vitamin C, red paprika is a key flavouring and is generally served by Victor in its milder form.
Homemade noodles, sweet and savoury pancakes, vegetarian options and Eastern European style cakes are all served with excellent locally supplied coffee and wines selections.
