Thangool Airport services Biloela and the other Banana Shire towns (Moura, Thangool, Jambin, Goovigen, Baralaba, Theodore, Banana, Wowan, Dululu) with twice daily flights, Monday to Friday, to and from Brisbane, with Qantas.
The airport is located at the township of Thangool, which is 11 km south of Biloela. There are no food catering facilities at the airport, but drinks are available through a vending machine. Thangool, which is less then a kilometre from the airport, has two hotels which offer lunch and dinner. A BP Service Station in Thangool provides fast food snacks and drinks. Hire cars Hertz, Avis, Thrifty are available at the Airport with personnel there to facilitate hiring.
