Bryn Tirion is located close to the town of Betws-y-Coed and just a short distance from the famous Swallow Falls, where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The property is a traditional stone cottage that is 140 years old and is surrounded by beautiful gardens enclosed by a dry stonewall.

It is able to sleep four comfortably with a double and a twin bedroom, both with original solid timber floors. There is a large cosy lounge area to the front with working cast iron open fireplace, original timber shutters to windows, settee, arm chairs, colour TV with sky free-view channels and DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster and, range of saucepans, utensils, crockery, etc.

The property has gas fired central heating and instant hot water.
