Bantry1 is a stunning environmentally friendly clifftop dwelling situated above the renowned wharf, restaurant and acquarium. It is constructed of local ironbark timbers, and features an Edna Walling style native garden. Outdoor lounges on the deck encourage the enjoyment of the magic views of the bay, mountains, coastline, dolphins and whales. It is a scenic three minute clifftop walk for swimming or fishing.

The villa is stylishly furnished, featuring original art. First class facilties include dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, heating, air conditioning, TV, DVD, stereo and a library. Three bedrooms, a King, Queen and a King twin each have their own en suite bathrooms, all linen provided . Double garage with internal access, and storage for the available fishing and golf gear.

There are a variety of restaurants, clubs, shops and scenic drives along the coast or through the forest with rivers and waterfalls for swimming and fishing.
