Yoga Haven

Yoga Haven is a state of the art Yoga studio located in Brighton. The studio is spread over three floors and offers superb training conditions. Yogahaven began with the intention of creating a space that was inviting yet contemporary and dedicated to environmental awareness.

The classes are kept fairly small with an average of about 15 people per class enabling the experienced teachers to give lots of individual instruction, guiding students through each of the asanas safely.

Yogahaven is pleased to offer a wide range of holistic therapies and also a nutrition clinic, these treatments include, Aromatherapy, Indian Head massage, Sports massage, Pregnancy massage and much more.
