Jazzercise blends aerobics, yoga, pilates and kickboxing movements into fun dance routines set to fresh music. It is a fun and invigorating fitness class that will leave you feeling fit and healthy. All fitness levels are welcome.
Marthese has been teaching since 1990 and her classes have been successful and popular from the start, now more so than ever. She aims to continue to set up more classes to cope with the demand from the local communities.
