Carnlea is a small Bed & Breakfast situated in a relaxing location with outstanding views over the surrounding Esk Valley hills, only a few minutes from the centre of Langholm.

The comfortable en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor and have double glazed windows and individually controlled central heating. Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided in each room, with a selection of herbal teas, drinking chocolate and Scottish shortbread.
