The Windorah Information Centre is open from 8.30am to 5pm, 7 days a week, March to October (From November to February it is open Monday to Friday).

Drop in for a Driver Reviver cuppa, browse the literature and displays, and pick up travel brochures and maps. Keep in touch with the Centre's email/internet service. The Centre also stocks souvenirs, Outback Queensland books and locally made art and craft items. Friendly staff can book Macair flights.

Wander around the Whitula Gate Museum which houses a restored 1900's slab hut, built by the Rabbit Board as a boundary hut on Whitula Creek, west of town. Reminisce over the memorabilia displayed in and around the hut. Free admission.
