The Operation Fitnerss specialised group training program is more than meets the eye! Never assume you know what's coming, this program will push you to your limits and reach your goals. Regardless of your current fitness level, this program has you work out at a greater intensity than ever before, making sure you achieve your goals.
Operation currently have regimes running in the Port Melbourne/Albert Park, Elwood/St Kilda and Carlton areas. Sessions move locations to avoid boredom but all venues are within a 5/10 minute drive of each other. Here you get to work out with like minded women and feed off each others energy and encouragement!
Session times are Monday Wednesday and Friday at 6am - 7am and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm - 7pm.
