Hornseys - the gallery

Ceramicists from the Northern Potters Association are on permanent display in the gallery: a full list of The Northern Potters is available on the website.

The gallery exhibits original work by Winifred Hodge alongside Nancy Murgatroyd, Ed Kluz, Peter Sarginson, Ken Jones, Angela Keeble and Lesley Coates Jones. Modern 20th century artists include Picasso, Braque, Moore, Hockney, Man Ray and Miro also Sir John Tenniel's wonderful original wood engravings to Alice in Wonderland. Fine original prints are available by Peter Wray, Heather Foster, Sarah J Venus, David Zaccardelli and Joe Simpson, as well as fine botanical photographic studies by Helen Exelby.

Jewellery by Lynne Glazzard, who primarily works in silver and enamel, Chris Philipson, silver and Sarah J Venus who uses ceramics and glass.

In addition, the gallery also stock rare and out-of-print books which include childrens' books, art reference, artist illustrated books, architecture and Yorkshire topography.
