The Bear Inn

The Bear Inn is situated in a beautiful part of Somerset and boasts 25 comfortable en-suite bedrooms and 2 function rooms, the small syndicate Garden Room which accommodates 12 people and the Sedgemoor Suite which can cater for up to 30.

The hotel prepares a wide range of freshly prepared meals throughout the day, which can be chosen from the snack or full menu, they offer daily specials along with the traditional Sunday roasts, all complemented by their choice of fine wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks.

Most people visiting Street automatically head for its most popular attraction - Clarks Village with a shopping centre that will please every bargain hunter. Just a couple of miles away is the ancient town of Glastonbury with its famous Tor and Abbey and for those adventurous types, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. The nearby City of Wells with its superb Cathedral is just seven miles away while Street itself is surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Somerset Levels.
