Dolgellau Angling Association

Dolgellau Angling Association is located in prime game fishing country, they can offer advice, permits and there are maps on their website of the finest areas to fish. The club has access to extensive fisheries - 13 miles of prime sea trout and salmon pools on the rivers Mawddach and Wnion are available together with a well stocked brown and rainbow trout lake, Llyn Cynwch.

Recent seasons have had some of the best fish returns for the whole of Wales and this reflects the intensive, consistent program of stocking both salmon and sea trout in the rivers from the Environment Agency Hatchery.

Accommodation in the area is of the highest quality ranging from high class hotels through to well run camp sites.
