At Yarra Valley Yoga School, staff strongly believe that the combination of Yoga and Pilates benefits us more than either one or the other. In the past classes offered just a pilates work out as do many though most people find they are often shaky, exhausted, and eventually very stiff.
Both pilates and yoga practice is a brilliant combo. Many students that have the time do do both benefit dramatically....
Styles offered include Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasan Yoga as well as meditation and Pilates. Bellydance is also taught once a week.
