Lorraine is now offering yoga holidays with a difference; yoga classes will be held on a different Caribbean beach every day. This is a chance to come back to nature; pearl white beaches, azure seas and palm trees rustling in the cool breeze form the backdrop for the 2 hour morning yoga practice.

This is as far away from mass tourism as it comes. Doing yoga in places of natural beauty and tranquillity opens up those qualities inside of us making it easier to contact the transcendent.

After morning yoga the trip will set sail for the next destination, exploring the culture and history of the islands where possible. No sailing experience is required but experienced sailors are equally welcome to join in the passage making and sailing when desired.

Art of Yoga can accommodate any party from 2 to 8 participants through out the year.
