The Royal Welsh Yacht Club is located within the Castle Walls of Caernarfon. It has a distinguished history, dating back to 1847 and originally established by the widow of King William IV. The present patron of the club is His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
Now in the 21st Century the club is as popular as ever, with many active members, and a full Racing, Cruising and Social Programme. The clubs locality offers the perfect place to sail, with direct access to the Menai Strait and the stunning scenery that surrounds.
