Padstow Museum is a small but interesting museum situated just 50 metres from the harbour side in the port of Padstow on the North Cornish Coast.
The museum was set up in 1971 by an enthusiastic group of local residents who decided Padstow was changing a great deal and didn't want to loose its history. They searched their attics and garden sheds and came up with a most diverse collection of objects, and the museum began.
It is now run by local volunteers who are always too happy to answer any questions you may have on the history of Padstow.
