Noosa Shire Museum

Housed in the Museum is an expansive and impressive collection of Photographs capturing many moments of the pioneering past as well as modern moments that will one day be an important part of Pomona History.

There is something to appeal to almost everyone amongst the Museum's displays. Those who wonder where the technological age is taking us, will appreciate The Post Office Exhibit - based on a photo of the Pomona Post Office in 1916.

Amongst the treasures you will find various types of telephone, postcards with penny stamps (now collectors' items), as well as an ancient Remington typewriter ... those were the "good old days"!
