Frank started training 25 years ago He has been fortunate to have trained and been examined by some of the finest British and Japanese instructors in the world learning and absorbing delivery styles in the process

In 1992 he travelled to Florida, USA where he underwent training as a pilot and Flight Instructor for 2 years, and after successfully completing this returned to the UK for a short while before travelling to Middle-East to teach, and train at universities, corporate, and military organisations.

Receiving an award from the air force for his attitude towards learning was testimony of his training style and meeting the President of the country from whom he received his invitation in the first place - one of the highlights.

He has completed over 1000 workshops with violence units, women's organisations and county councils and Connexions including Youth Offenders... leading to the completion of one book as a result and 2 more on the way.
