Chapter One was born in October 2003. It was an Idea of two Italians (Flavio from Rome and Sergio form Milan) from different Italian regions, so the restaurant will offer a variety of dishes from the north and south of Italy.
Specializing in pasta and seafood dishes with favourites like cattle fish ink pasta, gnocchi and rice dishes according to genuine Italian traditions. The restaurant is located one street back from the Esplanade of Cairns, near the city centre.
There're 78 seats in the restaurant between the outside and the Air conditioned inside of the premises. Bookings essential.
