A warm welcome awaits at our home in the beautiful Sussex village of Plaistow, along with a cup of tea, some homemade cake and an opportunity to enjoy the peace of the country and the charm of our village. Plaistow is within easy driving distance to attractions at Petworth, Goodwood, Cowdray, Arundel & Chichester, yet within an hours drive of London.

We offer our guests privacy & independence in a self-contained studio, with large comfortable beds you can lie in before getting up to take your time over a leisurely West Sussex cooked breakfast, made with the finest of local ingredients. The eggs come courtesy of our free range chickens, the sausage and home cure bacon from one of our local farms, and the preserves are all homemade. For a lighter or vegetarian option try our homemade muffins and fruit smoothies.
