University of Wales Bangor Sailing Club

The University of Wales Bangor Sailing Club base all of their sailing activities from Plas Menai, using the centres boats and facilities. Plas Menai provides the opportunity for the club to use equipment and facilities of the highest standard.

Beginner training is run on Saturdays and the club meets at 9:30am. If you have never sailed before or require more experience, this session allows you to master the basics and develop more advanced skills. Within the club there are a number of RYA instructors who run a level 1+2 course, which at the end of you will gain a recognised certificate.

Race training is organised for Sundays and we meet at Plas Menai around 10 o'clock.
