Since opening in 2004, our team of staff has strived to make this venue one that offers the best in fine dining, reminiscent of the grandeur and quality of La Scala. Our fine dining restaurant is headed by French chef Stephan Zimmerman, and features a regularly changing menu of the highest standard and features an excellent selection of wines. Located in the grandeur of the Ballaarat Club Ballroom, Portico's restaurant is sure to impress. Now open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

We cater for every kind of event - from 21st birthdays to Weddings, small groups and large. With flexibility and customer service at the heart of everything we do at Portico, we are dedicated to successful functions. Portico hosts in-house functions at our home in the majestic Old Ballaarat Clubhouse in Dana St Ballarat, and offers off site catering and service for functions in your venue of choice.
