Based in the downstairs chambers of the Grand Mildura Hotel, Stefano's Restaurant is an award winning dining experience.
Owner, operator and master chef, Stefano de Pieri was born in Treviso, near Venice. Impressed with Mildura produce and wine but frustrated with the lack of recognition, saw the birth of Stefano's Restaurant.
Now a Mildura icon, Stefano's is featured as one of the world's best gastro experiences in the April 2007 edition of the Gourmet Traveller. The magazine's annual guide to the 'best of the best' features hotels, travel and food. Stefano's is noted as a 'restaurant worth the trip' and is listed in the food section amongst others from Spain, China and Italy.
