The Daylesford Hotel was originally built in the early gold rush days of the 1850s and was one of Daylesfords first licensed establishments and still remains as one of Daylesfords Landmark buildings.
The present building was rebuilt in 1913 by the Tognini family and today the hotel retains many of its 1900s features.
The Bistro at the front of the Hotel seats seventy people comfortably, with an open fire, magnificent lead light windows, background music playing and a plasma on the wall, we ensure that dining is as laid back and enjoyable as your own home.
