Established in 1992, Wilson Botanic Park is a former basalt quarry which has been developed into 39 hectares (100 acres) of scenic parkland.

Donated by Mr George Wilson, the park boasts spectacular exposed rock formations, unique fossils over 22 million years old, 3 beautiful lakes, paths meandering amidst native and exotic gardens and spectacular views.

Facilities include lakeside picnic lawn, children's playground and electric BBQ's. This stunning botanic park is unique in southern Victoria.
