Established in 1986 the Queenscliffe Maritime Museum has an impressive and extensive display of maritime history of Queenscliff and Southern Port Phillip. An enthusiastic and loyal crew ensure the museum is run like a well oiled ship.
Visitors can wander through a range of displays including model ships, ship wrecks, dive equipment and an archive library. Schools and social groups can book in for a guided tour of the museum and the historical Point Lonsdale light house that was built way back in 1844.
The Museum has wheelchair access and if you want to become a true enthusiast you can even become a museum member.
