We stayed 4 nights at this resort. The booking process was great - a lovely friendly, happy & helpful lady assisted me with that in December so I was really looking forward to it.Check in was less positive, we waited in reception for 20 minutes while our spouses waited in the car (and it was 42 degrees, so yes we left the air con on for the boys which was more than we had in reception) ...
