Bishop Grove Wines is a family business.
It is genuinely boutique, producing an average of 2000 cases of premium wine per year.
The vineyard produces Chardonnay, Verdelho, Rose, and Shiraz, along with a Verdelho Chardonnay and Sparkling Shiraz.
The highest quality grapes are picked by hand. The overall standard of grape is maximised by ensuring the vines aren't overcrowded or over watered.
