River Island Nature Retreat offers camping accommodation nestled on 15,000 acres of private, secluded property located in the Southern Tablelands, along the Wollondilly River.

The retreat has set a standard of clothing-optional, promoting a relaxed atmosphere in a peaceful and natural setting and accommodation to suit all lifestyles, tastes and budget.

Ranging from luxury fully equipped cedar cabins overlooking the valley, grassed camp sites by the river and quality caravans, the park also has amenities block, laundry facilities, spa and BBQ area.

Details

Facilities: The Barn is a great place to relax during the day or into the evening. It is the gathering place of visitors and locals and features pool tables, an open fire place and a video that is used during the day for the kids. The Barn is also the staging area for the disco and band on long weekends. Food is available from the Billabong Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Sunday with 24hr hot beverages.
