Alpaca Barn & Rainforest Gallery

Rosemount Alpaca Stud always has an animal on display so visitors can get up close and personal to these beautiful creatures. Great photo opportunities and general information is also available.

The herd size is constantly changing with new babies (crias) born and pet alpacas bought and sold throughout the year. Showcased are a variety of the 22 natural colours of alpacas. The gallery shop features alpaca products including hats & beanies, capes & shawls, jackets, jumpers and wonderful alpaca fur teddy bears plus much, much more.

Scenic View Cafe offers delicious food, award winning coffee and stunning views from the deck out over the valley below, across to Mt Tamborine and out to Stradbroke Island and Jumpinin.

Located in the world heritage Lamington National Park, just 10kms before O'reillys, makes a wonderful day trip from the Gold Coast or Brisbane and a great escape from the heat in summer, being at least 5 degrees cooler on the mountain.
