While the winery itself is not open to the public, wine orders can be made via the website.

All grapes used at the Cascabel Winery are handpicked and processed to maximize palate structure using a range of techniques.

At Cascabel Winery every step of production is done on site, from crushing to bottling, to produce a variety of red and white wine.
