Peel Winery is located 50 kilometres south of Perth, off Kwinana Freeway and is reached via Stakehill Road and on Fletcher Road, just south of Rockingham.
This beautifully designed and well-constructed winery was erected in time for the 1980 vintage, located amidst idyllic surroundings. In just a few years, Will Nairn has created an oenological Garden of Eden, proving again the special qualities of tuart sands. Today land under vines totals 16 hectares, much of which is planted chiefly to the shiraz grape variety.
Grape Varieties include Shiraz, Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Merlot. There are also small plantings of Souzao, Tinta Cao, Touriga Nacionale and Tinta Amarella.
