Aerial Skydiving has been offering tandem skydives to Canberrans and visitors since 1994. Our aircraft can take 1, 2 or 3 tandem skydivers at a time to about 10,000 feet above the ground so that you can experience approximately 30 seconds of free fall and about 4 - 6 minutes under the parachute before landing at the Australian Mint Oval in Deakin.

We can offer 2 types of DVD to capture the thrilling free fall, a wrist mounted camera for a semi profile view of the whole jump or a helmet camera operated by an experienced camera flyer which gives a face on view of the free fall.

We are fully accredited with the Australian Parachute Federation which operates under a Deed of Agreement with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. Everyone who jumps in Australia has to become at least a short term member of the APF and our price for the tandem skydives includes that membership.

Further Information: Jumps are from a Cessna 206 aircraft which can carry up to 6 jumpers at a time to the exit height of 10,000 feet above the ground. The drop zone is at the oval next to the Australian Mint in Canberra. Each session takes approx. 1 1/2 hrs.
Special Features: $350 for 1 person, $315 pp for 2, inclusive of APF membership fee. Special discounts are available for groups and we have additional equipment to ensure the most efficient operation. Gift Certificates can be posted out immediately and are valid for 12 months.
