Yerrabi Pond District Park

Situated in Canberra's newest suburb of Gungahlin and opened in 1999 is Yerrabi Pond District Park. A major feature is the adventure playground, Giant Tarzan swing, Double/Tandem Flying Fox, Burmese Bridge and children's play equipment. The park also features a major skateboard arena.

The opening and impressive design of the infrastructure signified a very important step in the development of Gungahlin and its Town Centre. Gungahlin is no longer the "frontier" of Canberra and is now a thriving, settled and self-sufficient community.
