We offer Transcendental Meditation courses, along with other associated programs - Ayur Veda consultations, Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems, TM Advanced Techniques, and more.

We offer free introductory talks on Transcendental Meditation every Tuesday at 1:30pm and Wednesday at 5:30pm. Our introductory talks provide a cost and obligation free means for you to find out more about Transcendental Meditation, it's benefits, and how it is unique amongst all the meditation techniques available today.

We're conveniently located in the AWA Building, just opposite Wynyard station.
