The Fish and Anchor is set in the stunning Cardigan Bay, with panoramic views of the Welsh Countryside. The restaurant uses the best local organic ingredients from that landscape to create their dishes with an exciting menu that boast Organic Welsh Black Beef, Cardigan Bay Sea Bass, Teifi Salmon and locally produced Organic vegetables to create dishes both of the traditional British / Welsh origins but also dishes of a continental influence with a twist of Welsh Organic ingredients.
