I stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for what i needed.....I got in at 11:30am and asked for an early check in..i did email them as a courtesy a week b 4 but this seemed not necessary as after i asked i got nothing but helpful assistance and was in my hotel room by 12:30pm with an upgrade!!:) ...
