My opinion is that this firm operates extremely poor business practices. It's not representative of the decent, down-to-earth, honourable Australian way. The current (2011) british manager of the Botany site seems to push his acquiescent, non-Australian staff to identify as many superficial vehicle faults as possible (upon return of the campervan) apparently to charge excess fees to unsuspecting, time-pressed customers ...
