This bar is awesome, definitely my favourite in Melbourne. We had dinner upstairs at the Mill (which was great by the way), then ventured downstairs to Charlie's Bar for some more drinks. I've been back lots of times since, they make great cocktails (go Thursday nights when there is a good selection for $9) and have really good bar snacks too (the cheese plate is to die for) ...
