Chifley Apartments Newcastle

Have stayed here 4-5 times. Love the location, can't beat it with restaurant precinct in easy walking distance. Hotel is new but attention to state of each apartment is very inconsistent. We have had problems with; the oven, TV's and DVDs not working, no light bulbs in lamps, toilet paper running out and no spare roll or tissues even, no staff at front desk to report this problem, very stale bread served at breakfast due to fresh bread not being delivered (hello there is a mini store across the road !!) For a new property this is pretty slack, management need to lift their game and oversee quality control much better ... Read More
