French very French with Champagne and goodies but very Tasmanian too. For breakfast we had superb Tasmanian Brie, croissant, toast. So much to please us. Our hosts were very interesting and We like the DVD they made on Tasmania as we discovered many places we did not know about in the North the lounge was really great with all the facilities including internet ...
