Spent 3 nights at the Medina Grand with my mum and Auntie. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews however had a fabulous, very enjoyable, comfortable experience. We received wonderful, friendly service at check-in & were upgraded to a Premier room on high floor with awesome view of Darling Harbour!!!!
