Sometimes this salon can be really fantastic but the problem is they employ lots of staff and other times they can be truly average. An example of a good experience- gorgeous surroundings, quick check in and a magazine while you wait, a cutter (they are all good at cutting in my experience) explains what shes going to do, keeps up a good flow of conversation, mentions some products, gets you a latte, usually an apprentice washes your hair and sometimes blow dries it but usually the first cutter comes back and takes you step by step through the haircut, how to maximise it and what products you might need ...
