We stayed at the Falls this weekend for a family party around the corner, so the location was great. It was clean and comfortable, but we felt vastly overpriced. The furniture and amenities are very utilitarian and it is missing luxurious niceties like snugly bathrobes, a selection of teas and coffees, a flat screen TV, a selection of pillows (I like mine soft), heated towel rails, iPod dock, movies on demand, lots of hanging and cupboard space for clothes, comfy sofas to lounge on and a welcome gesture like a chocolate on the pillow ...
