Hmmm, having just read the last comment left, I too would like to add that the same thing happened to when I sent an email... broadband must go down quite a lot there, when I didnt get a response I to rang them, as we needed a room early in the day due to the fact that we had a funeral to attend to and we had to travel down, and we thought we could freshen up and change without stressing, and I was told that we couldnt have a room early like 11am ...
