West Beach Lagoon

After traveling every day for 2 years - this is the worst place my family have had the displeasure of staying. We stayed there a month ago and have the following to enlighten people: False advertising (it does NOT have views of the beach - that made my children very happy - not!), false expectations (hope you don't want to sleep - the multi-story construction site starts up at 7am and littlies don't sleep too well to thumping hammers and music), and less than helpful staff (after complaining about the noise and wanting to cancel my reservations they said no and that I would have to pay for the full week (is that legal in WA?)!! - thanks, that was helpful!) ...
