I went to Cav's a couple of weeks ago. My group ordered 3 steaks, all of them 'Medium', one arrived very well done, one medium rare and only one medium as requested. As for "Export quality Rib", forget it, it was full of gristle, not fat, gristle ... Read More (Date of experience: Jan, 2010 )
