I was a bit concerned after reading other reviews when checking out menus on line. We had a booking of 10 - not one of us had a bad meal and our food ranged from chicken, steak to seafood platters. I visited Mangrove Jacks on 2/10/2009 and it was a huge disappointment! There was very little of the seafood listed on the menu that was actually available and no specials were on offer. The seafood we ate was imported, frozen and tasted horrible! When we told the wait staff that we were disappointed with the frozen food all they said was 'did you request fresh' to which we replied 'we shouldn't have to, it is expected when you are located above a fish co-op' ...
