Hey I stayed in Home Backpackers for quite a while and it was always great fun! They've got an entertainment program going on every night. So they take you to different bars and clubs all around Sydney which is really cool when you're new in the city! The people who stayed there were really nice and I always had a good chat with them! Getting ThereArriving at Central Station (by bus or train) HOME Backpackers is only a 2 minute walk from Central Station, Sydney's major transport hub for local and interstate travel. Leave the station and find the Elizabeth Street exit, walk 200 metres to your left, cross the road and HOME Backpackers is right there #238 (when you see Seven Eleven convenience store you are going the right way). Arrive by Plane There are two options: 1. Catch the train to Central station (cost $16.50) and follow Central Station directions (above) 2. Catch a city shuttle buses (5am-7pm) from the airport, $16. Our preferred supplier is 'Airport Connect'. Staying for 3 nights? keep your receipt and we will refund the cost from the airport.
