This is the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The room was dirty and unhygienic. Even worse, the bathroom had no running water. When we complained in the morning the staff were rude and no other wash facilities were offered and yet they still charged us for the room ... Read More

Getting ThereFrom Norwich city centre, leave Norwich on City Road leading on to Long John Hill on the Stoke Holy Cross/Hempnall road. The road passes over the A47 southern bypass before entering the small village of Caistor St Edmund. After the crossroads, the property is situated on the left hand side. From A47/A140 southern bypass junction turn east on the unsigned road exit (south east quadrant). Pass over the river. At the crossroads turn right, and the property will be seen immediately on the left side.
